Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply to your use of promowebdigital.com and to services provided by Promo Web Digital ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to them. A signed proposal or written agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Using our website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change.
Projects, quotes and payment
- Each project starts with a written proposal or quote describing scope, timeline and price.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% at launch or delivery. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
- Payments are processed through Square. Third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, ad spend and stock assets) are paid by the client unless included in the proposal.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately or billed at our hourly rate after your approval.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback, and to have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays in content or approvals may move timelines.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website, design and content created for you, excluding third-party software, themes, plugins and fonts, which remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Accessibility and SEO work
Accessibility audits and remediation are performed against the WCAG standard specified in the proposal. Search rankings, advertising results and legal outcomes depend on factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales or legal compliance determinations.
Warranties and liability
We perform our services with professional care. Except as stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we deliver the work you've paid for.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
