Does it work with my website?
Yes. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and custom-built sites. If you can add a small code snippet (or give us access), it works.
Do I need to change or rebuild my website?
No. The assistant is added on top of your current site as a chat bubble. Your design and pages stay the same.
What if it doesn’t know an answer?
It’s set up to stick to the information you’ve given it. When a question falls outside that, or the person is ready to buy or wants a human, it takes their details and hands the conversation to you.
Who owns the leads and conversations?
You do. The leads, notes and conversations are your business data, not ours.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your dashboard is private and password-protected, and we use your data only to run your assistant. We don’t sell it.
How good is the Spanish?
It writes natural, everyday Spanish, not word-for-word translation. I personally review your answers in both languages during setup. Try it yourself on our contact page.
How long does setup take?

Can I cancel?
