Services / App & Digital Product Development

Products sized to the problem.

Not every business needs an app — and we'll tell you when yours doesn't. When it does, we build the lean version that solves the real workflow, ships this quarter, and doesn't need a venture round to maintain.

01

Start with the workflow, not the feature list

Feature lists sink products. We start by mapping how work actually moves — who asks, who approves, who pays, where it stalls — and build the smallest product that unblocks it. Yeshva began as one core loop done well, not forty screens done adequately.

Web-first, app-store when it earns it

For most small businesses a fast web app beats a native app: no store review, no forced updates, one codebase, links you can text a customer. We go native when the product genuinely needs the phone's hardware — and say so plainly when it doesn't.

Built to be maintained by mortals

A product a founder can't afford to maintain is a countdown clock. We choose boring, durable technology, document what we build, and hand over systems an ordinary developer can extend — no exotic stack that only we understand. That's Dotbox still running without drama.

Straight answers

Questions owners actually ask us.

Do I need an app or a website?

If customers mainly need to find you, learn prices and contact you — a great website wins. You need a product when there's a repeated workflow: bookings with logins, portals, inventory, member content. We'll tell you which in the first call, for free.

What does an MVP cost?

Less than the full vision and more than a template — the real answer comes from scoping the core loop. Our bias is public: launch the smallest thing that produces learning, then invest where users actually pull.

Can you take over an existing app another developer built?

Usually yes, after a short audit. We inherit codebases with a written assessment first — what's solid, what's risky, what it costs to stabilize — so you decide with open eyes.
